为了更好地实现学院人才培养目标，引导学生理解职业发展的重要意义，并为之提供职业规划指导与援助，联科技术学院于11月28日下午2时，在第三综合楼502举办了一场“学生职业生涯规划培训”主题讲座。此次讲座主讲人为林婷老师，届时有22级及23级学生们积极参与。

首先，联合科技学院教务部门廖洁莹老师向大家介绍了林婷老师，并表彰了众位参加讲座的同学。随后，她阐述了本次讲座的宗旨和意图在于，借此机会协助同学们制定出合理的职业规划，提升职业素养和竞争力，为他们未来的成长铺垫稳固基石。

接下来，林婷老师带领同学们深入探讨自我认知水平，倾听他们关于人际交往技巧的分享，同时也邀请廖洁莹老师结合自身经验，以实际职业案例进行讲解，接着，林教授结合霍兰德的职业兴趣理论，详细剖析了通信与互联网产业的现状与趋势，以及各种职业兴趣类型之间的差异。

临近尾声，林婷老师引导同学们积极分享个人经历，挖掘自身潜能优势，在学习与生活过程中逐步摸清自己的性格特点，探寻感兴趣的职业发展道路，明确职业目标和发展方向，以此增进职业自信并提升职业竞争力。

此次讲座为联合科技学院学生们的职业生涯发展指明方向，使其透过内在剖析自我，洞悉外界产业动态，寻找职业兴趣及特长，提高职业意识，照亮职业发展之路。

To further implement GCTB-NSU's goals in talent cultivation, and to instill a greater understanding of the significance of career development among students, a training seminar on career development planning was held in Room 502 on November 28th. The session, led by Ms. Lin Ting, a nationally recognized senior career counselor, aimed to guide and support students in fostering career awareness. Ms. Lin, who has successfully inspired numerous university students to eliminate their confusion about securing their dream jobs, utilized different analysis tools to help students better understand their characteristics, and shared her own working experience as an example. The students fully enjoyed this insightful experience and actively engaged in the seminar.
