雅思班作为进阶课程,教学方法采取4项单科教学,教研会的主题为雅思班读写课程教学结构和教学内容的设置,重点解决如何进一步提高学生的英语能力,向学术阅读和学术写作过渡,以便更好地衔接大二高阶全英外教专业课。

·课程整体性:帮助同学们全面地认识雅思读写考试,初步建立攻克雅思的信心,了解雅思读写的题型框架、以及底层学术性语言的写作原理和思路。

·课程基础性:为夯实学生的词法和语法基础,在阅读教学中,会结合文章题材去让同学们积累话题词汇;在写作教学中,会结合雅思课本的主题去学习句式结构和语料。

·课程联系性:雅思读写作为两门不可分割的学科,具有互相转换的特点。在教学上,既要带领学生从阅读推导写作——根据学术类文章的语言特点和篇章结构,准确地把握学术写作的框架;又要带领学生从写作反哺阅读——在写作中运用阅读所积累的语料和句型,提高知识的熟练度,做到知识内化。

·课程高阶性:为贯彻落实国家对于本科课程的要求,在雅思读写教学中,高阶性主要体现为真题讲练和文化延伸。真题讲练是基于学生完成课本的简单题型练习后,帮助学生明确真实的考试难度;文化延伸是结合课本上每个单元的主题,教师补充相应的文化知识进行拓展,既能丰富学生的语料,又能实现润物细无声的课堂思政建设,增强学生的文化自信和语言素养。


The theme of this IELTS reading and writing seminar focuses on teaching structure and teaching content and how to further improve students’English ability to facilitate their transition to academic reading and writing courses in the second year of college.


·Holistic course system intends to help students gain a comprehensive understanding of the IELTS reading and writing test.

·Course foundation: In order to strengthen students' lexical and grammatical foundation, students will attain topic vocabulary in reading and conjunction in writing.

·Course linkage: Students will develop the ability to connect IELTS reading and writing by applying the lexical resources learned from reading in writing to internalize the knowledge.

·Advanced course:The IELTS teaching also involves Cambridge IELTS actual test practice and cultural extensions.
